Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Cost

All orders ship free of charge. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping costs.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after processing. Total time from order to delivery is typically 4-7 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at icenice.store@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at icenice.store@gmail.com — we may be able to update the address before the order ships.
